Oh my! Seriously, oh my! This one is going down in the history books here. We made a beautiful white chocolate with our maple sugar mixed it with our Philippines 55% Oat milk chocolate and then to break up the sweetness studded the back with some Peru Nibs.

The only thing I would say is, I wish the bar was bigger. The taste of the white & dark chocolate is the perfect combination of cream & cookies. Normally, I'm not a fan of dark chocolate, but I don’t have and haven't tasted a bitterness.

Really good chocolate. It's a more mature cookies and cream. Smooth and crunchy. I definitely appreciate these understated flavor and texture.
