True 'Candy Red' Oxtail Softballs

The flavor was tasty, the oxtail meat was tender. What bothers me was more fat than meat. The oxtail pieces were big but I had to separate the meat from the fat. The sausage was also good. I haven’t rated the burger yet. Do you sell bbq sauce? I’d be interested in buying a bottle.

Candy reds were good, just too expensive. I would love to order more, but the price is too much for just 6 oxtails

Ordered twice because first order arrived thawed and was questionable for consumption.. Fortunately covered by shipping insurance. Second order arrived about half frozen and was immediately placed in freezer. Plan on serving those apple red softballs on Labor Day along with the traditional eats.Perhaps the Omaha Steaks shipping model might prove more effective. I believe that your product is precious cargo and your shipping method and the way it arrives to your customers should reflect that.
