Did not know what to expect but am very impressed it goes fab on the baguette bag makes the bag look very expensive

I received the incorrect item and the company wants me to ship it back at my own cost even though it was their mistake. I’m happy to send it back, but I shouldn’t have to pay for it. They won’t send out what I actually ordered. Not sure what to do.
