Hello, I haven't received my package. It says it's been returned from Madrid. When are you going to refund my money?

Here’s a revised review you can use: I ordered from True Scents Canada and paid extra for faster delivery, expecting my package to arrive in a reasonable time. Unfortunately, it has been about a month and I still have not received my order. I also reached out by email to ask about the status of my shipment. They did respond to me, but I am still without my order, which is very frustrating considering I paid additional money for delivery. At this point, I’m disappointed with the service because the product has not arrived and the delay has not been properly resolved. I hope they can improve their shipping reliability and follow-through with customers going forward.
