If I could give this product negative stars I would. Everything about it from extremely delayed delivery, (three weeks!) to the poorly designed gel pads that don’t stick, to the actual device itself that is faulty and won’t stay powered on, even when gel pads are firmly in place being held on by hand, the pulse dies. Even when fully charged. And customer service has not been any help other than copy and paste responses. They conveniently “don’t offer refunds”, and make you jump through hoops. Do not buy this product. DO NOT BUY!

I loved the product it helped alot..but after a cpl weeks 1 stopped working..I tried several times to contact them for a replacement but no one ever contacted me back..so the customer service is nonexistent..

Doesn’t contract muscle as told. They have 90 day return but they are saying there are tons of fees. Don’t buy
