The Winger Welding Cap

I ordered this product a while ago and when I did, I noticed that my address was not updated. Within minutes I already contacted customer service about the incident. They asked for my current address, which I gave to them and then they replied back saying it was too late to change. I got in contact with my previous address to ask them days before and days after the supposed delivery date. The package says arrived, but know one has seen the package. Short story is they have seemed to disappear.
