Leah 32 Piece Dinnerware Set

Wrong item, failed collections and poor service I ordered the plain Ivory White LEAH 32-piece set but received one with black trim. Resolving MALACASA’s mistake has been beyoud frustrating. I supplied photographs and cooperated with the return. The first Evri courier told us she could not take the two boxes because her van was full. The failure was still attributed to us not being home. The next 2 collection windows passed without attendance; we waited at home throughout. Tracking again claimed we “weren’t in”, which I disputed. MALACASA suggested I chase its courier or take both boxes to a drop-off point. I was told the correct goods would only be dispatched after the return was received and processed, leaving me dependent on repeatedly failing collections. Plenty of apologies, little practical support. Customers should not spend days chasing collections and correcting inaccurate records because the seller sent the wrong goods. I would not recommend MALACASA. Buyer Beware!!!
