If i could give zero stars I would. I have sent 3 emails with no reply, on the 4th attempt i went through the AI bot to ask for help. When Maya responded she explain the bundle was in fact not a bundle and that she would price match the bundle packages. She contradicted herself and said she would give 20% off if i order another bundle. After spending as much money as I did, i dont believe I should have to order 2 more bundles just to recieve only 2 panels when Jackery should have sent the first solar 40w air in the first place. Maya still refuses to escalate to a supervisor!

Great unit. Does exactly what we needed. Would be prefect with one 110v (inverter) outlet. Does a fantastic job for intended task.
