Love the sweater, hate the shipping

Always been a big fan of Everlane and their men's cashmere crew does not disappoint. However, the shipper Uniuni delivered the sweater past Christmas and the packaging was ripped and dirty. Will make me reconsider ordering again even though the sweater was beautiful.
