It doesn’t work at all. Doesn’t even look like the one in the photo. I’m very disappointed. It’s also very loud and the noise scares my dog too much to use it on him, who is the one I bought it for. I used it on my cat and doing one nail took about 45seconds - a minute. It was very time consuming, my cat was stressed because it took longer than when I just clip his nails. It gets nail dust everywhere there’s no compartment for it to collect like other ones that are sold. On a few of my cats thicker nails it just wouldn’t take enough off fast enough and we gave up. I can’t imagine it would work on my Yorkie mix let alone a medium or large dog.
If I could get my money back I would but I can’t figure out how to contact these people which is another reason I give it such a low score. Honestly I’d give it a 0 if I could.

If the motor and internals were balanced it would be so much better. As is way out of balance so it vibrates ridiculously. Hard to sand nails accirately as if i could even get close to my cat with the noise/vibration. Everything else about it is acceptable. I could probably balamce it but woild take complete disassembly. If they would balamce it then it would be a mich better product. As ot sits it may trim my nails or just live in the drawer for a few years.

It's quieter than most claw trimmers but still kind of loud. My cats still don't like the noise. They're very skittish and when they hear it they start to freak out when I try to use it on them. It works well they're just still afraid of it.
