I’m not sure why there are bad reviews?! While I did get a slight irritation area on the back of my left ear it was easily solved by wearing a hoodie and having it on Medium. I am a nurse practitioner in orthopedics and was a sports massage therapist as well and this also helped release my tight head/occipital area as well as the upper back! Love it!

Horrendous customer service. Item arrived broken. I contacted the company, they gave me a return shipping label & said after inspection of the returned defective product they would then issue an exchange. I sent this promptly with the provided shipping label. That was over a month ago. I’ve yet to receive the product. I asked multiple times for updates, expedited shipping of the replacement item since I initially received a defective item & already delayed exchange, a partial refund for the inconvenience & delays, & then finally to just forget it & get my money back. Several days later, theyd respond with an apology, but would not address any of my questions or requests, & couldn’t do a refund because the “exchange process was underway.” I have a tracking link/#, but no carrier info, it has been in transit for 12 days & has been sitting at a facility less than a mile from me for the past 4 days, but no way to locate it I have a then reached out to them AGAIN and still no response
