Horrendous customer service. Item arrived broken. I contacted the company, they gave me a return shipping label & said after inspection of the returned defective product they would then issue an exchange. I sent this promptly with the provided shipping label.
That was over a month ago. I’ve yet to receive the product. I asked multiple times for updates, expedited shipping of the replacement item since I initially received a defective item & already delayed exchange, a partial refund for the inconvenience & delays, & then finally to just forget it & get my money back. Several days later, theyd respond with an apology, but would not address any of my questions or requests, & couldn’t do a refund because the “exchange process was underway.”
I have a tracking link/#, but no carrier info, it has been in transit for 12 days & has been sitting at a facility less than a mile from me for the past 4 days, but no way to locate it
I have a then reached out to them AGAIN and still no response

it's great but I do with other reviews it does take some moving around to get placement just right and pressure keeping it there. I wish it went down the shoulders too, if it did that this would be the best system!

Love this, I use it on the default pressure and turn on the red light. Just the 10 minutes, it hurts at first but then I feel the tension release and I feel amazing once it stops.
