I keep this in my bed, I use when I lay down at night and then when I wake up, it's the best thing since slice bread lol. I've sent ALL my friends the link too lol

I’m not sure why there are bad reviews?! While I did get a slight irritation area on the back of my left ear it was easily solved by wearing a hoodie and having it on Medium. I am a nurse practitioner in orthopedics and was a sports massage therapist as well and this also helped release my tight head/occipital area as well as the upper back! Love it!
