I'm 70 and have dealt with 100's of customer service departments. Working with the team at Kineon has been more than any other company in all my years. The response to my original need for assistance was responded to within hours. A commitment of customer service is listen and act. That was exactly what happened, I was sent a new device holder strap due to a crack. I was asked for a picture and once sent a new one was in the mail that day. I depend on the red light therapy that this device provides and grateful across the board. Roger

Parts problem

One of the clips on one of the straps broke. I emailed Kineon about the problem. Within an hour I had a reply. They confirmed my address and promptly shipped me a complete new strap at no charge. It arrived within just a few days. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Using The Move+ has really helped me and their service has been top notch. Highly recommend.

Great customer service and great products!

I had an issue it’s a second order I made. But an agent replied to my message promptly and resolved the issue almost immediately! Please with the products and pleased with the customer service!
