The Meal you don't have to think about

Can you make this without it? Sure, but why? These are created perfectly not just for at home, but on the road! I train 365 days a year and overnight oats have been a God send. If you have water, you have a meal, it's that simple, no excuses, just perfect overnight oats and great nutrition to start the day. Don't skimp, but a few extras, you'll need them.
