Highly Recommended Desk

I'm so glad I decided to try this desk. Flatpack furniture isn't exactly my favourite thing in the world, but when I learned about the easy tool-free assembly I thought it'd be good to give this a go. Anyway, when it turned up the set up couldn't be simpler. Everything had instructions printed on the packaging, and the whole experience of slotting it all together and fixing in place with the keys isn't just easy but it's fun. Set up, the desk is substantial in workspace area, and gives a reassuring feel of stability. I use the main section standing and the side section as a seated option if I need it. Having the top shelf, middle shelf and a few hooks makes the desk perfect for my needs. Aesthetically, it's a great neutral but modern look. Being able to pack it down and move elsewhere or store is a great feature that I'm sure I'll may use of soon. Give these desks a go!

Simply the best desk we've owned

Our WFH desk was my grandfather's, a solid timber 10-drawer desk made when things were made properly to last for generations (well, at least three generations for this desk). While OK for occasional use, trying to squeeze in laptop, screen, peripherals and work 'stuff' after a move out of the office was getting a little frustrating. I relocated to the dining room table - less than ideal, and I was soon dragging everything back to get dumped on the spare bed. Apparently tables are for glasses not laptops... >Googling sounds< *click* and a new desk was on the way. Whoever designed WFH's packaging deserves a Nobel prize for the sheer brilliance in how it all goes together, and that it's all recyclable. 'Hmm, how does this go together..' For once, this male's lack of following instructions was not smirked at by his wife. We had our corner standing workstation set up in about 5 minutes, with no spare parts left over. If only motorcycle maintenance or building Lego was this easy. Ta dah, Home Office transformed with a stylish practical desk. Plenty of nooks for stuff, hooks for things and shelves to, well, shelve. Even found space for a potplant or two. Our new desk is super stable too, easily brushing off our 5 year old's best attempts to apply his own version of the Chaos theory. Thankyou, WFH, for allowing us to realise the full potential of not being in a cube farm office for 8 hours a day (plus commute). PS Our cat also says thanks for making her humans a little happier :)

Everything I needed in a WFH desk

I was sent to WFH due to the pandemic and (though at the time it was considered a temporary measure) I eventually decided to put some of the money I was saving on petrol and parking into getting myself a decent desk. These are everything I needed and more, with the standing desk for the majority of my work and a seated version for when on breaks and studying in-depth. I've recommended them to others already but with full disclosure am placing this review in order to potentially win a credit voucher which I intend to give to a colleague who also is on WFH and has been complaining about not having a proper desk.
