AdaptaBELL™

AdaptaBell bars are great! No overhanging ends. They feel like standard dumbbells and the plates remain secure. Now, I don’t have to worry about plates coming loose doing triceps extensions!

This was a great purchase! These feel good and don't loosen like the cast and threaded dumbbell handles. I did have to remove some material on the ID of my CAP 1" plates.

Light weight & durable!

Product is light weight for storage and durable enough to hold alot of weight. Love how it makes the dumbbell a bit slimmer than the traditional dumbbell handle bars.
