The customer service was terrible. I didn’t know my size so I had called you 10 times with no return calls. I emailed 10 times with no return email. This is my second time having to return the product and I had to pay $17 when I return the package back to you. I would never recommend this company and I still have another credit that I won’t be able to spend the proper thing to do would be reimburse me the shipping back to you and help me find what fits me. I was disgusted that no one returned any calls or emails.

The jeans look darker in person so I don’t know if they are the right ones. Also took over a month to ship when it said it would arrive a week after purchasing. Not to mention when you email them they won’t respond. Other than that the jeans fit good and all but def a hassle buying.

Somize was too small. Wen throught the returns process online. It was ‘approved’ but never received any details of how to ship back. Contacted Revice to follow up. Still no response. Would not recommend buying from them unless you know your exact size. No way to contact them to organise a return/exchange/credit.
