Brighter days - Love these

Truly, these have got me through the Winter and the shorter, darker days. Gave me such a boost and overall happier feeling, will always keep on hand!

hard to say if it's a placebo effect but over the last few months I have felt a bit calmer - doesn't totally relieve anxiety though
