LAZRUS Golf Zero Torque - Head Only

Need to get used to it.

I ordered just the head and built the putter with a graphite shaft the way I like it. I am moving from an old blade putter that I also built and customized with a copper insert. First thing I noticed with the Lazrus is how stable the face is on off center hits. I can really tell a difference in that department. The other big thing for me is that the ball is not quite as hot off the face as my old blade is so I am still getting used to having to hit it a little harder to get the ball to the hole. I do like the weight overall of the Lazrus however and it's only a slight learning curve to get the speed down. I like the alignment and press position and it feels easier to get the ball started on my line compared to the old blade. Although I would consider myself a pretty good putter, I am excited to see if I can save a few strokes with the Lazrus in the bag.

Great Putter

A top performing putter for not only this price point but at any "top" tier brand out there. I have Bettinardi, LAB, Scotty Cameron putters and this is right up there with them all. Also allowing us to buy the head and make it our own way is something that interests us amateur builders as well.
