Ordered om the 8th and got no sort of shipping info until i reached out to customer service, and all of a sudden 20 minutes later it shipped. Almost 2 weeks later it came in even though the tracking said it was still awaiting the package. Really weird experience and not at all what i would expect from a case brand this ecpensive backed by a massive youtouber.
