Erez was amazing

We could not figure out what was going on with my pedal assist and EREZ did an amazing job of being patient, sending pictures and helping me figure out what was going on. We ordered the part and found a local retailer (who unfortunately does not sell baggi bikes, but I put in a good word!) and got things running again. Nothing, and I mean nothing would have happened without erez and his great service!
