It was disappointing to receive an item in this condition, especially if returned merchandise is being resold without a proper inspection or repair.
I expected better quality control from Quay. The sunglasses should have been checked carefully before being sent to another customer, even if they were sold at a discount. I hope the company improves its return-inspection process.

I love the glasses, the color, the size of the frame. My issue is that the glasses feel a bit loose, like they are too wide for my face. They don’t slide down, they just feel wide. Otherwise, I love them.
