Where did you go?
We accidentally ordered the wrong color, which we paid additional for to be protected against rust. I tried to call about using the reverse side, which was lighter, if that side was also rust resistant. . . The phone would be answered by the usual "Thank you for calling" recording, but would not continue for options. . . just dead air. I then tried to use the online chat, and never received a response. Thanks for nothing. Spent almost $500 for 0 help. Could have paid $100 on Temu, and next time, I WILL.
