The #3 tin ceiling tile (24 in. x 24 in.) is the 6 in. version of our #2 Victorian pattern, the industry’s top seller. It is a favorite choice for backsplashes and small accent areas for it’s beautiful floral coins and arching diamonds.

Below is the review I just posted on Google after a month of total negligence from your company: BUYER BEWARE! Spent $1800 on an entire kitchen ceiling worth of tiles. As our installer was starting to put them up he noticed that ALL of the tiles were not square. They were 24.5" on all the corners, but the edges were almost an 1/8" less, so you could not line them up properly! When you try to line up the pattern and 'dimples' the tiles start to overlap increasingly as you go across the room making for a completely non-uniform result. Not ok for something that is machine made. We're talking about metal tiles, not handmade pottery. I was on the phone with customer service, emailing pictures, videos, sending a detailed letter... The customer service rep Christina tried to be helpful and see if she could help get us a refund, but after over a week of waiting to hear management told her to just say we installed it wrong - which is a bold faced lie. They didn't even have the decency to reach out and give an explanation for their warped tiles. Are they all just messed up like this? If so, why not give that disclaimer on the website or in the installation instructions? Hmm... more likely it was a rushed messed up batch. And in that case you need to refund the customer as would any decent business. We explained to them how because they were taking so long to get us an answer (and we were paying our installer by the day) we finally had to go ahead and use the flawed tiles and live with a very imperfect ceiling. If this company cared about their reputation they really should respond to this review with an offer to make it right. If not my next review will be on the Better Business Bureau page. - J. Lieber
