I like that it is really helping me sip my water after my gastric bypass surgery. I really want to chug but it won’t let me! I am disappointed though because when I ordered it said I was getting a free gift and never received it. 😟

Buy it for the spout, but use a different bottle.
TL;DR: Buy it for the spout, then use the spout with a much better bottle.
My bottle arrived scratched, and dealing with customer service only made the experience worse. It took multiple emails to get a response, they were rude, addressed me by the wrong name even though I signed every email with my actual name, and did not seem interested in correcting the issue.
As for the product itself, the bottle is disappointing. It feels cheap and does not keep water cold for very long.
The spout, however, is a completely different story. 10/10 recommend. It genuinely works as advertised and works so well that I ended up purchasing a second bottle despite my experience.
I ultimately threw away both bottles and now use the spouts with a much better quality bottle, one that keeps my water cold for 24+ hours. I absolutely hate that I had to find a better vessel myself, but I now have the perfect setup.
Great spout. Terrible bottle. Even worse customer service.
