Health Bundle

We are not as thrilled as we had hoped. Yes, it’s clean water, circulated constantly. Two of our three dogs use it. But if the electricity goes out so does the fountain, and it’s not easy to tell it’s near empty until it gurgles. We also really dislike having to buy Selene filters at 2 for nearly $60. (Includes drops for dental care). So it’s a love/hate relationship so far.

my puppy absolutely loves his new fountain. my only issues at this time is that it seems your sending me orders,l didn't request as I ordered extra items already and haven't had a chance to experience my purchase other than my puppy loves the foundation. please read people orders purchases and stop pushing items that have already been brought. thank you

They signed me up for an unauthorized subscription and charged my card $59.96, after I repetitively emailed them telling them that I didn’t authorize it. I had to go thru my credit card company to get a charge back. They kept ignoring my emails to them. Plus I never got my 12 filters and dental booster that I ordered that was supposed to come with the doggy fountain. They have horrible customer service and I’m not the only one they have done this to. There have been several complaints made against them for the same thing.
