I thought the whole purpouse of a circulating waterbowl was to cut down on how often bowl needs cleaning, etc. but that isnt true with this . Please authorize return and send me a return number. And please dont draw this out fir months. Also please cancel subscription immediately. I just received the first order of filters and dental drops so with this advsnce notification i should not get a September statement or bill. Im notifying the payment company now to stop payment of any future payments. What a disappointment!

I’ve tried to contact this company multiple times about the subscription that I was duped into. I didn’t even know this was a subscription and I can’t even cancel it and I’m not getting any answers. It’s been a week now no answers.

My dog's and I love the Selene water bowl. So easy to clean. They drink 7 liters in about 3 days. When my lower sent out from a storm the fountain was still running !!!
