"I'm impressed with the quality, design, and practicality of the rain wind jacket. I use the neon green color jacket when cycling at night and use the red jacket when I cycle during daylight regardless of whether it is raining or sunny outside. Not sure but the jackets may offer some UPF protection from the sun and I noticed it does not
