Surprisingly roomy for a 35L pack

I love this pack. I took it on a four-night backpacking trip, and was delighted to discover that I could fit everything I needed, including a BearVault One and Durston X-Mid 2, with room for even a few luxury items. The stretchy front pockets are super helpful for layers or wet gear. The side pockets are very easy to get in and out of. I can open the hip pockets with one hand, and the removable belt makes it very versatile for a day hike. The built-in shoulder pockets are also super convenient. Overall wonderful pack. It was my favorite, until trying out the new Unbound 55L, which I now use for most trips. But the Waypoint is wonderful for those shorter trips and where you just want a smaller pack.

.great pack-doesn’t fit

Great light weight pack. Narrow neck space between the straps. Cuts at the base of the back of my neck and starts to bother me after an hour or two. Not sure how to get a pack that’s comfortable for the long haul

Exceeded expectations

I am 6’ 1” and chose the Tall size, and the fit was perfect. Even with the pack not full, it maintained shape with the internal frame. First hike was 9 miles, and no issues with chafing or soreness. I was initially concerned with the shoulder straps possibly being too close at the top, but it turned out to be fine. Very happy with the pack. I’d buy it again.
