These are very absorbent. They hold liquid in better than the inserts that come with the diapers. I wish i bought more of these!

I love the charcoal inserts and use them for my son’s nighttime diapers! So far we use this inside the pocket and a bamboo prefold on the top. It’s worked so well! My son is only 3 months old, so we shall see what other cloth diaper sandwiches we can make
