Really nice

Questionable design
It has screws that mar your head unless you remove them because the plate isn't designed to work seamlessly with their heads, which is really odd. No instructions to let you know to remove the screws if they're scratching your head and providing a wonky mount. I'll stick with RRS from here on out for this hardware. Works with the screws removed and light but just work out of the box.
