CORDUROY CAP (BLACK)

The product is good overall, but god forbid you have a manufacturing defect and reach out to have it resolved. I emailed them multiple times this past week and never heard back. Thankfully, i found a coworker who can fix clothes and took care of my hat, but i shouldn't have to do that, nor should i not hear back after a week. So, the hat looks great, the product quality is good when you are lucky, but customer service is non-existent, and you are on your own after the sale, even though their website says they will fully exchange/refund defective items.

Arrived safely in the UK, a really great cap, good fit for me and love the logo. Wore it all weekend, good vibes, very happy.

It's a cool hat but the smiley face is a bit off center and it's driving my OCD insane but other than that it's really well made
