I find these a little hard to insert/have stay in my ears (even after buying the mini size) BUT once I fiddle around for a bit and get them in position, the relief is instant! I am a teacher and I just used them on school camp- on the bus, in the dining hall and in whole group activities that usually have me on edge due to the insane noise and chaos…I felt much calmer and more able to respond rather than react.
