Really great gear! Customer service not so great. I realize this is a small business and perhaps there is a reason that my problem slipped through the cracks. I meant to order one of these rain jackets and accidentally placed a second order for the same jacket shortly after the first. I noticed right away and tried reaching out by phone and email to stop the second order. No response and shipping was completed a few days later. Once I received the items I again placed a few detailed emails as well as a few phone calls. I never got through or heard back from anyone. Now, the jacket is very nice and appears to be of high quality so I decided rather than risk shipping this back and losing out all together I would keep both jackets as one will eventually need replacing. A response would most likey have gotten a five star review as well as put around $300 back in my wallet. I am giving a two star review. I really tried hard to reach them.

This rain coat is good
This company is great. I got to test out this rain coat tbis weekend with pooring rain everyway i went on my bike for four days on the road. This jacket kept me dry i also like all the pockets and the poch middle pocket. I just think the main zipper in the front should be sealed like all the other zippers
