Amazing

I was a little sceptical that it would help but it has, I stilll have some issues but I’m hoping that they get better with further use. The best thing is that I am sleeping better!

Very easy to use simply measure with included spoon into water and drink Easy to use by placing at bedside first thing on waking on empty stomach and last thing at night. So far so good and no adverse side effects at all. Have only been using for a few days and easy to get into a habit of taking regularly and confident with consistent use I will see the benefits.

So far a positive response

First few drinks my stomach would not settle, but after a few days I had better movements. I keep going for a while as I'm having a slightly positive effect.
