I don't know how they work, because they are not thick or bulky, but they do! I needed something as a backup for leaky tampons and these did the trick. Worth every penny, and you can use HSA dollars too!

I like these!

I am 54 and in the throes of a super bleedy perimenopause. Unable to predict when I would be bleeding, I purchased 6 pairs of Knix and I have been pleased. I feel muuuuuuuch more confident that I will not be leaking all over town!

Leakproof, but don’t like the fit

It is very good from a leakproof standpoint - helpful for very sweaty workouts and 107 degree days we now get in Oregon. However, the pants themselves don’t fit very well. I get a muffin top (which I don’t get from the underwear that I normally wear). I then tried the high rise but those came up way too high and then they started to fall off while I was walking through a store. They weren’t very flattering and tended to fall down. I will definitely use them for exercising and hot days, but was a bit disappointed given the prices.
