Beautiful Earrings but irritated my sensitive ears, I bought them because they’re advertised as hypoallergenic. I did speak to customer service they couldn’t issue me a refund due to return policy but it was disappointing considering it was money wasted. I didn’t want to exchange for another piece of jewelry that could potentially mess with my skin all over again
