Better than the footpod on my shoe was!
When this works, its great. I have been getting more comfortable placing it correctly on my treadmill & calibrating it. Its battery life isn't that great - seems to need to be recharged every few runs. It is a HUGE upgrade from the running fobs I previously used on my shoes (as far as accurately measuring how fast I'm going). It (obviously) doesn't count my strides/steps, but it was often frustrating to see my speed all over the place even after just having calibrated the footpod. I like this Runn optical-sensor deal a lot! But the need for frequent recalibration as with each battery recharge is slightly annoying, thus 4/5.

Run pod
I really like Runn. It is accurate and has converted my analogy trainer to a smart trainer…..that is great.
The only issue I have had is the stickers on the treadmill keep falling off and I have to add new ones. I will soon run out of the stickers they provided.
