Zeta Phi Beta Reversible Jacket

It’s taken me a long time to write this review because of sheer disappointment. I was extremely excited to order this jacket and when it arrived almost 2 months later, that excitement faded. The jacket arrived with several mistakes and missing information. I reached out to customer service and sent the jacket back. It took almost 3 months for the jacket to be returned. It still came back with some minor mistakes. I did not want to go through with sending it back again. The jacket is beautiful especially now that the major mistakes have been corrected however I don’t think it will ever see the light of day because I’m just not happy with it.

This jacket is EVERYTHING!!! ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!

I absolutely love my jacket. It came out better than i expected. It was well made. However, for me, i would've sized down.
