I ordered a personalized phone case however when I received it, the print was. crooked. Upon contacting customer service, they immediately offered to redo the case & send it to me. The replacement was perfect!

I bought this for my 94 year old mother so she could identify her phone at assisted living. She loves it and all of her friends want one with their names on it now :)
