Willa Earrings

Really disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service. I ordered the Willa Earrings on July 30th, and one of the earrings broke shortly afterward. I reached out to customer service expecting a reasonable resolution, only to be told that the earrings were outside their warranty period and that they couldn’t replace a single earring. Instead, they offered me 20% off a new pair. I was contacting them because the product broke not long after I purchased it. Offering a discount toward purchasing another pair doesn’t really solve the problem, especially when the reason I’d need another pair is because the original one broke. I’m honestly shocked that the company considers this acceptable. A 30-day warranty on jewelry is extremely disappointing, and I expected much better quality and customer service. Needless to say, I won’t be purchasing from this brand again. The product quality and the way this situation was handled have completely changed my opinion of the company. There are plenty of jewelry brands out there that actually stand behind their products and value their customers.

I’m absolutely in love with these earrings!! My ears are pretty sensitive to most jewelry but I’ve had no reaction from any of Joiana jewelry whatsoever. This pair literally goes with any and every outfit; its absolutely a must have, staple piece! The original pair I received was a little defective so I emailed the customer service team and they were so kind and responded within 24 hours and was able to process a replacement within a few days! I 1000% recommend Joiana to everyone!
