Haven Safari

Ok first of all this company customer service is incredible. Let me explain I ordered a Safari hammock it came along with almost all accessories they in offered including the Yobogear hammock stand for it yep I went out of my way without ever trying the hammock first. Set it up at home to learn how it sets up along with the stand the hammock ripped open at seam in the middle mind a few days before I was getting ready to take off on a three week tour on my motorcycle. Luckily at the same time I ordered a different type of hammock customer service took care of the Safari there warranty is second to none they shipped one out unfortunately it didn't get here in time for the trip. When I got home it was waiting for me so I set it up and learned how to set it up along with the Yobogear stand. I took it camping to try it out just couldn't get use to sleeping in it I felt trapped like being in a cacoon. Need less to say I spent a fortune on a hammock I can't use because I feel trapped in it no fault of the company they build a very good product it's just not for me which brings me back to the beginning I should have tried it out first before buying all the accessories I got close to a $1000 Dollars on something I can't use no fault of the company they do have a very good product. The other hammock I ordered which also cost me a fortune which I won't name is the cats meow for me. None the less this is a real good hammock I'll probably sell it and try to recoup some of the money I spent on it.

Items is good and after sales support is top notch

Easiest return process Ive ever had. Pleasant surprise to find a company that stands behind its products!
