Better than any other
I’ve been learning to cook Indian food and I didn’t know why I was starting nearly every fish with whole coriander because it seemed negligible- because my coriander had zero flavor. This coriander changed it all. Even dishes I’ve made several times taste different- BETTER. 10/10

Buy a chef tin!
What a lovely coriander. I've purchased it five time in as many years. I like to get the chef tin to use for whole seeds, as well as for toasting and grinding. I have an old non-chef-size Diaspora tin that I keep the ground version in. This coriander has such a great fragrance and taste that elevates any dish it's added to.
