Great protection
I love my Epicurious boards! I received two sets of the large medium and small. One set was for a friend of mine. They are so easy to take care of. It is excellent. Much better than the old ones I had in my house.

Great product. I polished my set of cutting boards the day I received them. Its been a month and they still look great. Even after some of them going through the dishwasher.

Enriching but not too slick
Really happy with this board butter. I used it on my Epicurean boards and also on my Boos wood board, and it worked great on both. It adds a subtle richness to the color without making the surface look overly shiny or feel too slick. The wood looks refreshed and conditioned, but still feels natural and usable. A little goes a long way, and it’s easy to apply and wipe off.
