The flavor and texture of the product is not good. I also tried to cancel an order from a subscription that I thought I had cancelled before it shipped and they were unable to refund me.

Terrible. Protein amount listed is not accurate as some of the protein comes from collagen which is lacking the amino acids it need to be a complete protein.
