Phil bag charm

First off Ive been waiting on this order since 7/16. Received it finally today but for the price I woukd expect the Kingdom & Co metal charm to not be all scratched up. Definitely disappointed for the price & what I got & how long this item took which is absurd.

This literally took 10 weeks to arrive. Ordered it in July for a Disney trip in September, and did not receive it until two weeks after the trip. No communication from the seller at all about late delivery. The packing slip was made almost three weeks before the item actually shipped. The one star is for the item because it’s really cool. Overall a terrible experience that in my mind was not worth the product or price.

The items are super cute amazing quality both came in a super cute bag 10/10 item but shipping time is ridiculous....took almost 6 weeks to receive mine seller might need to figure something out. Only thing that is stoping me from ordering again.
