Phil bag charm PREORDER

I am a little disappointed in the quality of the Phil charm. The materials are okay, but not at all premium, and certainly not worth the price point. The legs were sewn on crooked so I contacted the seller and their solution was for me to send it back at my expense on the shipping and they would send a replacement. I already spent about 30 dollars on this item including shipping. To add another shipment fee for a 3-inch plushy is absurd. Not great customer service and unfortunately they have lost a potential return customer.

Overall it’s a very cute bag charm and I can’t wait to take it on my upcoming Disney trip. However, it took much longer to receive than expected and there was no communication from the seller in regards to the delay. It was only after I emailed the seller did I get some clarification. Then upon receiving my bag charm there were a bunch strings loose on it and looked like they were coming undone. I would think that for a $30 (that’s final price with shipping) bag charm it would be a higher quality or at least would arrive in better condition. I’m a little disappointed with how it arrived and I hope the loose strings don’t cause the charm to unravel completely.

super cute i’m obsessed but i don’t think i would ever buy from this store again or really recommend it either. It took over 9 weeks to deliver and I understand it was a pre order but I was told it would be 5 weeks. It took a very long time and there was no communication at all. I emailed and got no response and finally did get a response when I messaged the business on instagram. I understand the hussle of a small business but i am still pretty disappointed and frustrated with how this process went. Still a very cute store and product that is 10/10 and if i saw something specific that I could order months in advance I would definitely check this place out.
