I am on day 10 of taking this supplement daily so I haven't had time to notice any huge effects yet but I enjoy the flavor and it's really easy to add to my routine. I just mix it with my water in the morning and it's ready to go. I haven't had any stomach issues or side effects that creatine can cause so I'm happy about that. I'm looking forward to seeing the gains I can make in the gym!
