Freedom Roast

I have the coffee subscription for a reason. The Freedom Roast is delicious and I really enjoy a hot cup every morning. Reason for the 3 star review is the because the inconsistency of the shipping/handling/processing. My automatic subscription reorder went through on August 18th, and I did not received the order until September 2nd. That is 12 business days turnaround. I have had the coffee subscription for several years now… it use to be quick turnaround and there would even be a sticker in the box. But over last year, the processing/shipping time have continuously increased and brought me to writing this review. The product is fantastic and I would hate to need to find another somewhere else so please improve your processing and shipping turnaround.

It’s bold, rich, and completely smooth without any of the bitter, burnt aftertaste you get from the big-box brands. One cup in the morning and you’re fully dialed in and ready to get after it. On top of the top-tier roast, you can't beat backing a veteran-owned company that stands by its values and supports our service members and first responders. If they let me drop a 6th star, I’d do it in a heartbeat. Don't hesitate—just get some.

I have been drinking your Freedom Roast coffee for several years and I wouldn't dream of changing to anything else. I also appreciate that it is sent every month, right on time. Thank you!
